Risk disclosure

Smart-contract risk
Smart contracts can contain bugs. A bug could lock, lose or expose tokens and funds.
Unaudited code
The Kobolt contracts are tested but not audited yet. A security review is planned before mainnet.
Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions cannot be undone. Tokens sent to a wrong address, vesting schedules and locks cannot be reversed or cancelled.
Owner powers
If a token is mintable, its owner can create more tokens. If it is pausable, its owner can stop all transfers. Holders should check these settings before buying any token.
Liquidity and price risk
Tokens can lose all their value, have no buyers, or be impossible to sell. Prices can move sharply.
Scams and impersonation
Anyone can create a token with any name, including names that copy real projects. Fake websites and accounts may pretend to be Kobolt. Only trust links posted on our official X and Telegram.
Regulatory uncertainty
Rules for tokens differ by country and can change. Creating, offering or selling a token may be regulated where you or your buyers live.
$KOBLT
$KOBLT is not available. There is no presale. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy any token.
