Who is responsible
The controller is Kobolt.
What we process
- Describe text. When you use the AI Describe step, the text you type and the current form values are sent to our AI provider to fill in the form. We do not use it to identify you and we do not store it.
- IP address. To limit Describe requests to 20 per hour, we store your IP address with the time of the request. Entries older than one hour are deleted automatically with the next Describe request.
- Wallet addresses and transactions. These are public on the blockchain. We do not store them; the app reads them directly from the network.
- Price data. Your browser loads the ETH price from CoinGecko to show dollar estimates.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your wallet connection may be remembered in your browser's local storage so you don't have to reconnect; you can clear it at any time. Our hosting provider may count anonymous page visits without cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Data on the blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone.
